Each month at school each teacher picks one student's writing to be displayed on our "Top Writers" bulletin board. Drew's writing was chosen for October for Mrs. Mitchell's first grade class. I was so excited when Drew told me about this. Their whole class wrote a poem titled Goodbye Summer, Hello Fall. Mrs. Mitchell said they loved how Drew's writing was so descriptive.
We are very proud of our Top Writer!! Go Drew!!

Awwww, Yay Drew!!! I love what he wrote...especially the hunting part, bless his heart!
